1. Services

SurePath AI Automation provides AI-powered tools for home service professionals:

• Horizon — Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO). Horizon improves your visibility in AI-powered search results so customers find you first.
• Beacon — AI voice receptionist for answering calls and booking appointments. Beacon never misses a lead, handling inquiries 24/7.
• Compass — AI-powered CRM and pipeline management. Compass captures, organizes, and automates follow-ups for every lead in your business so nothing falls through the cracks.
• Ledger — AI-powered receipt scanning and expense tracking. Ledger turns paper receipts into organized, searchable financial records automatically.

2. Accounts

By creating an account, you agree that you are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and up-to-date account information

3. Payments

Subscription fees are billed monthly. Additional terms:

• Late or failed payments may result in temporary service suspension
• 14-day money-back guarantee on your first month — no questions asked
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• For Compass CRM accounts, the client retains full ownership of all lead data, contact information, and communication records stored within the platform. SurePath acts as a data processor on behalf of the client and will not use, share, or access client data except as necessary to provide the contracted service.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse SurePath services. Prohibited actions include:

• Using the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract our AI systems
• Using the services to harm, harass, or deceive others
• Violating any applicable local, state, or federal laws

5. Limitation of Liability

SurePath is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services. Our total liability to you is limited to the fees you have paid to SurePath in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Upon termination:

• Your access to services will be deactivated
• Your data will remain available for export for 30 days
• After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use of SurePath services after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
